Our school outreach program has key components which are critical to the success of our program:

1. Our ultimate mandate is to share the love of Christ to the young souls still in school and point them to God as the only source of true success in life as a girl.
2. Our weekly school programs also involve a partnership with different schools to offer the much needed mentorship to the girl child to offer them the much needed confidence and urge to pursue their education amidst the inevitable feminine challenges. We strive to see many girl graduations and lesser school dropouts
3. We also embark on community sensitization engaging parents on the benefits of educating the girl child hence breaking old beliefs, prejudices that are the major cause of early marriages and girl child negligence. The success of a girl child is a success for the community so its everyone’s responsibility.
4. Follow up with girls who have issues at home or school, or who are not regularly attending school and help them navigate amicable solutions.
5. Provision of reusable sanitary pad materials to those girls needing them.  Sanitary pad kits as this has been a major cause of poor performance academically especially in the rural areas where a $2 monthly pad kit is impossible to get.
6. Availability of scholarships and sponsorships through Girl Empowerment 256 for orphan and vulnerable girls who are struggling with their education.
